You get a great stretch plus a great workout at the same time. I enjoy it. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners as it doesn't explain all the poses and just goes into them. Great!! I'm an intermediate level and this works great for me especially if I haven't practicted in a bit. It moves quickly but with great fluidity.
