| | Customer Reviews: monk season 6 (27 June 2010)Monk is up to the same old tricks. You don't really watch it for the plot but the characters. They are mostly so well done. It's pleasant viewing rather than riveting. Good detective mystery, but with an unusual comedy side. (08 June 2010)Monk is a dective mystery, with an unusual twist of comedy. Most of us have some obsessive quirks, often times without even knowing it. Monk's are extreme to put it mildly. His days consist of trying to make everything balanced and perfect and all the while he has a keen sense of remembering everything and, in short order, noticing the clues in each murder case that most people miss. His detective skills are uncanny. Each episode is a story all its own. It doesn't leave you hanging from one episode to the next. Tony Shalhoub is the perfect actor for this part. Funny, smart and with a very sweet human side too, especially when he struggles with the loss of his wife. This is a "whodoneit" that won't give you nightmares. Enjoy!! Some of the Best (03 April 2010)I wrote a general review of Monk on Season 7. Some favorites on this one--Mr. Monk & His Biggest Fan. Sarah Silverman is hysterical & I love how they make fun of themselves on this episode. The final 2 episodes in this season--Mr. Monk is on the Run is very heartfelt & dramatic. The acting is supurb. I love how the relationship has grown between Monk & Capt. Stottlemeyer. Pam Herstein Funny (03 March 2010)This series is extremely good.
